Over this past week, our furnace malfunctioned and your excellent staff was able to respond to our home on multiple occasions with added emphasis on Bryan, your field tech, he was quick, efficient and intelligent in dealing with our furnace issues, even in very inclement weather.

Thank you for your prompt service. Such a nice young man that came to help. The basement was more clean when he left than when he got there.

I have been using PrairieSons for numerous years and always have been pleased with the work I have received.  I do need to note that Kyle has been to our house here in Brandon numerous times and I really think highly of his dedication to his job.  He always makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves and is very professional as well as very knowledgeable. He was here yesterday doing the annual checkup on our AC unit and went above and beyond making sure it was clean of cotton as we live right off of Pioneer Park (full of very mature Cottonwoods).  I am always pleased with his work and know I am being treated right.  You have a great employee and wanted you to know.  Give him a thumbs up next time you see him!

Wanted to thank you and express how impressed that I was with Dustin, service tech.  He performed a warranty replacement water heater from Lowe’s.  Friendly, efficient, professional.  Took the time to go over routine water heater maintenance and how to troubleshoot.  Thanks again and will definitely recommend.

The technician that came out to our house was very friendly and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and fixed some things on our furnace system that should hopefully save us a little bit on our electric bill each month. He was a complete pleasure to deal with and I hope that he comes back to do our routine maintenance in the future.

Thank you so much for your very prompt service when I had furnace problems Friday, February 19, 2021. Your heating specialist devised an ingenious plan to thaw our frozen vent pipe and restore our furnace. He advised us on the proper filter, and cautioned us to get a carbon monoxide alarm immediately, which we did. Also, he informed us that one of your plumbers could fix our indoor heat, but then he diagnosed the solution: batteries! LOL! We are ever so grateful that a potentially very expensive problem was resolved so fast and for only $100.
